Forrest Griffin was scheduled to fight Anotonio Rogerio Nogueira at UFC 114 but he has had to withdraw because of an injury. According to Griffin's training camp the UFC fighter injured his shoulder and won't be ready to fight by May 29th. It didn't take the UFC long to find a new opponent for Nogueira. Jason Brilz has stepped up and looks to make a statement against Nogueira. Brilz is 3-1 in the UFC and will be looking to put an end to Nogueira's 6 fight winning steak. Brilz may not have the same star power as a Forrest Griffin, but he is a very hungry fighter looking to make a big impression on the 205lb division.
