Strikeforce Heavy Artillery marked the return of Strikeforce Heavyweight champion, Alistair Overeem. This was Overeem's first title defense since 2007 and he wasted little time in finishing Brett Rogers by TKO, in the first round. Overeem looked very impressive and following the fight he let everyone know, that he wants to fight Fedor Emelianenko next. Fedor is already scheduled to meet Werdum next month, so this fight will most likely not happen for awhile.Main Card Results:
