The UFC 113 fight card was pretty exciting with some good fights and a lot of drama. Shogun proved that is the best light heavyweight in the world and Josh Koscheck showed why he is one of the least liked people in MMA. Kimbo Slice looked slow and gassed against a game Matt Mitrione. Mitrione stopped Kimbo in the second round and according to Dana White it will be Kimbo's last fight in the UFC.
Shogun said "this time it will not go to the judges" and he wasted little time in making that statement true. Shogun caught Machida in the first round and proceeded to mount him and knockout the former champ to become the new UFC light heavyweight champion.
Josh Koscheck wrestled his way to a decision victory over Paul Daley but it was the post fight drama that was the story of this fight. When the final round ended a frustrated Paul Daley got up and sucker punched Koscheck. Daley will definitely be suspended for his actions and Dana White says that Daley is done fighting for the UFC. Even though Daley was a poor sport after the fight it was Koscheck who made himself to look like even more of a dickhead.
Koscheck first embarrassed himself and the sport in the first round of his fight by taking a dive claiming a illegal Daley knee hit him, when the replays clearly showed that it didn't. KoscheckRoganKoscheck said the Pens are going to beat Montreal and that he was also going to beat GSP. Hopefully Koscheck makes it out of Montreal alive because I can't wait for the punishment GSP is going to deliver to him.
